Hold down the Sleep/Wake button on your iPad and slide the red slider pop up on the screen to turn off the iPad. Then, you need to turn off the wireless router for 30 seconds and turn it on again. Power up the iPad after that by holding the Sleep/Wake button again until you can see the Apple Logo on the screen. If it won’t restore the option, then navigate into Settings->Wi-Fi and toggle the switch next to ‘Wi-Fi’ item into ‘OFF’ and ‘ON’ mode. You can also view that option again by changing the channel on wireless router. Another way available is to switch into WPA with AES from WEP on router security settings. If all these solutions get failed, then renew the IP address and see whether it can bring up the option again. Go to Settings->Wi-Fi from the home screen for that and hit the blue arrow seen next to the preferred Wi-Fi network. After that, make a single tap over the ‘Renew Lease’ button.
