    What is error code 9? What are the troubleshooting steps to get the issue resolved?

    Error code 9 is an error which pops when the communications with the device which is connected via USB stops. The issue happens because of many reasons. One reason would be improper connection between the device and the system. The issue can also pop up when the cable used for the connection or the USB port has gone bad. The issue can be resolved by first isolating the issue. If the issue is with the cable, then you need to get a new USB cable for connecting the device. If the USB port is the issue, then you just need to try with different ports and check if it getting resolved or not.

    DUE TO FOLLOWING REASONS THE ERROR CODE 9 OCCURS:-

    * Check the connection between iPad & your PC. The connections may not be done correctly.
    * Check the cable of iPad. Is it working properly or not?
    * Check the USB port .

    HOW TO SOLVE THE ISSUE?

    * First confirm that due to which aspect this problem arises.
    * If the cable is damaged then replace the cable.
    * If USB port is not working properly then connect with different USB port.
    * Make a valid connection between your device & system.

    Error 9,

    • The error 9 will occurs when device lost his USB connection with iTunes.
    • If you disconnect the cable manually then this error will occur.
    Follow the steps overcome this problem,


    1.Perform USB troubleshooting using another USB dock connector cable.
    2.Try in another
    USB port.
    3.Eliminate
    third party security software.

    Generally this error code 9 will be displayed only when you are having the issue of connectivity of your iPad to your PC during your upgrading process.
    The connection issue may be due to improper USB port, lack of proper connectivity etc.,...
    to solve the issue first you have to have the proper connectivity between your device and PC, for this check the USB port, cable and the mode that you have choose to connect your devices.

    Error code 9 generally occurs " When the communication with the device which is connected via USB Stops ".

    If may cause because of the following reasons:

    --> Improper connection between the Device and System

    --> When the cable used for connection got Bad

    --> When the USB Port got Bad

    We can get rid of this problems by following measures:

    --> Get a new USB Cable for connecting the Device

    --> check with the Other ports in the system.

    Thus you can get rid of t Error code 9 Problem.

    Well dear this error happens when you connect your ipad with pc.so i will suggest you to follow these steps.
    <>this may be because of the wrong connection between ipad and pc.so you should check for the connection between pc and ipad.
    <>it may be happening because of the bad usb port.so check your usb port.if it is bad and replace it and then connect that.thank you
