What is the option by which a hardware or software keyboard layout can be chosen in iPad3?

I have purchased an iPad3 last month in connection with my birthday. I couldn’t find out the option by which a hardware or software keyboard layout can be chosen on the handset. Can you please help me with this?

First you should go to the settings section of your iPad handset. Followed by that, you must hit on the option labeled ‘General’. Then you will have to hit on the option named ‘International’. Then the ‘Keyboards’ option need to be selected. There all supported languages of your handset will be displayed. You can choose the appropriate language from among the listed ones. Now you will be asked to select from software or else hardware keyboard layout. Now you can choose the desired one from the choices.
