    What needs to be done for troubleshooting the e-mail retrieving in iPad?

    Whenever I open email application, it says email cannot be retrieved. How can we solve this?

    First you will have to ensure that you are connected to the internet. Then click on the Settings icon. Tap the option denoted as ‘Mail, Contacts and Calendars’ tab. Choose the specific e-mail account that is giving you the trouble. Now you will have to click on the ‘Account Tab’. Check whether the e-mail as well as password fields are correct. Even if it is correct or not, you will have to retype the correct username as well as password again. This will fix the issue. If still not fixed, you will have to delete the account and then re-set up.

    check whether you have set all the setting correctly or not.
    delete your account by settings>Mail,Contacts,Calenders
    then add your mail id again.you may get solved.

    This will solve the issue.

    follow the steps below--


    -->open the home page from the device.

    -->connect the faster internet like 3G for better service.

    -->click the menu option.

    -->select the setting option.

    -->click
    ‘Mail, Contacts and Calendars’ option.

    -->Choose the specific e-mail account .

    -->click on the ‘Account Tab’.

    -->Check the e-mail and password are correct.

    -->if problem then retype the correct username and password again.

    -->If still not solve then,

    -->to delete the account and then re-set up.

    Well, this problem can be fixed easily. Follow the below procedure to resolve the problem,

    1. Go to Settings option
    2. Now Tab to Mail, Contacts and Calenders option
    3. Select the account which is not retrieving and click on Account Tab
    4. Now check that is the password correct or not
    5. If not, enter the password again
    6. If still the problem continues, delete the account and reset it again.
    7. You are Done.

    5. Then go to the troubled email account.

    6. Tap on the account option.

    7. Then open your correct.

    8. Now enter your password and ID.

    Hello my dear dude ---

    In order to avoid these type of errors you must try to follow the below Instructions

    <> For the first time if you get this message then there is a Problem with the Network connection

    <> Make sure to check the Wifi Network connection or Adjust the Router configuration


    Again see the Problem if the Problem remain there then you can follow the simple steps to resolve it

    <> Go to click on the " Settings " option on your iPad

    <> There you can see the " Mail Contacts and calender option "

    <> After it will open a window having your Account Details and Give the Proper details on the Instrctions

    <> If not do so then you have to create the another Account and Finally click on the "Finish " button


    It will resolve the complete issue

    For troubleshooting the e-mail retrieving in iPad follow the below procedure:

    Connect to internet connection be careful that you use a good internet which have good speed and go to settings.

    then click mail,contacts & calender option and select the troubled email account then you need to press account option and you need to enter correct and valid email id & password.
    This will solve your problem to a maximum extent even though if your problem is not solved then remove the account & again create a new one.
