The iPhoto application on your iPad handset needs to be opened at first. There you can select the specific journal by tapping on it. You can hit on the + symbol seen over there. Then the item needs to be dragged to the journal page. The item can be moved by holding and then dragging it. You can make use of the available options like divider, maps etc. If you wish to edit that, you can select the ‘edit’ option there. Or else if you feel to delete it, just tap on the bin symbol.
