What has to be done for taking screenshots through iPad 2 settings?

I tried to take screenshots on my iPad 2 with the help of hardware buttons. But, it didn’t work in the way I expected. Is it possible to accomplish this with iPad settings?

It can be accomplished with the Assistive Touch feature on your iPad. As a first step, tap the ‘Settings’ icon on the home screen after pressing the ‘Home’ button. This will bring up the settings list on your screen from which hit the ‘General’ option. Navigate through the general settings and tap the ‘Accessibility’ option. You can then find ‘Assistive Touch’ item along with a switch. Toggle that switch until it displays ‘ON’ label. This will bring up a black screen on your iPad. Tap the ‘Device’ option visible on that screen and then select the ‘More’ option. Finally, hit the ‘screenshot’ option and see whether you can take the screenshot properly.

    Hello Dear Friend ...

Browse to the screen on the ipad you wish to capture

Press the ON / OFF switch at center home button

Using iTunes sync your ipad to your computer

Alternatively if you don't want to do a sync , you can email the Photo to yourself ......
