The WebCam of my iPad2 is not working properly

I use to skype with my friends via my iPad. Mostly I do make video calls and chats with my friends network. Nowadays I can’t able to do as because the secondary camera of my iPad is not fine working. Yes, whenever i connect to the video stream mode the iPad video starts showing the person on the other side which in turn making me invisible with them.The person on my secondary side is unable to view me during the video calls.I need to check out the camera settings, so let me know the procedure before i proceed for the same.
