Voice Over feature seems affecting other background apps on iPad3 device

The Voice Over feature activated on my iPad3 device seems affecting other background apps on the device. I prefer disabling the feature on the handset. How can I disable it?

Re: Voice Over feature seems affecting other background apps on iPad3 device

As the very first step, you can take a visit on your iPad3 device home screen. Followed by that, the settings page can be entered by hitting on the settings label. After that you are supposed to get to the general section by hitting on general icon. On the resulting screen, trace and tap on the ‘accessibility’ option. Next you can locate the ‘voiceover’ option on the current screen. Besides the label, you will be able to find out the ON button. You can hit on the button two times to turn it OFF. This is how you can disable the feature on your device.
