Unable to transfer pictures from Canon EOS 350D to iPad 2 using Camera Connection Kit

When I try to connect Canon EOS 350D camera to my iPad 2 through Camera Connection Kit, the connection is not getting through and I can’t transfer the photos in the camera. What are the troubleshooting steps required to fix up this issue?

Hold down the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons on your iPad together until the Apple Logo start appearing on the screen. Connect the camera to your iPad with the camera connection kit after that and see whether the issue gets resolved or not. Update the IOS to latest version if you can still find the issue. Another solution available is to reset the iPad settings. For that, navigate into Settings->General->Reset and hit the ‘Reset All Settings’ option. If all these attempts fail, then connect your iPad with iTunes and right-click on the device name under ‘Device’ option. After that, click the ‘Restore from back up’ option and try to transfer pictures after restore process. Select ‘set up as a new device’ instead of ‘Restore from back up’ and restore again if the issue still persists on your iPad.

:: I think you restore your device from the backup.

:: So first connect your device to your computer.

:: Select your i Pad touch when it appears in iTunes under "Devices" section.

:: Now select the "Summary" tab in the iTunes.

:: Then select the "Restore" option.

:: When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the "Back Up" option.

:: This will solve the problem.
