Unable to select calendars even though it appears on calendar app

My iPad 2 has three calendars in the calendars app and I subscribed google calendar. All the three, google, pop and exchange were working as fine for the past few months. All of a sudden, I am not able to select each calendar separately in the calendar app. When I click on the ‘Calendars’ option, I am not able to see anything under ‘Show Calendar’ option. How can I fix up this issue?

You should close all the open apps (running apps) and restart your iPad immediately. For that, you should first double tap the home button for opening the open apps. You can then view all the recent open apps on the task bar. You should then tap any of the app icons and hold it for some time. It will start to wiggle and a minus sign will appear on the upper left corner of all the apps. You should tap that sign on each app so as to close all of them. Then you should restart your iPad by holding Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears on the screen. You have to slide it so that your iPad will turn off immediately. You should turn on your iPad by holding Sleep/Wake button until the apple logo appears on the screen. After that, you should check whether the issue get solved or not.
