    Unable to perform any action on mail inbox page in iPad 2 upgraded to iOS 6

    My iPad 2 was recently upgraded to iOS 6 and it is having trouble with mail app. When I access the mail inbox page through the app, I found it is impossible to select, view or scroll the mail. Explain steps to fix this up.

    First of all, perform a hard reset on your device and check whether the issue gets resolved or not. It is required to spot out Sleep/Wake and Home buttons to start the reset process. Once you locate these buttons from iPad hardware, press them gently at the same time. Hold these buttons afterwards while pressing them for about 10-15 seconds. Ignore the red slider comes up on the screen in between this time period and continue to hold the buttons until you can view a Apple Logo on the iPad screen. If this solution does not work, delete the mail account which shows the issue from your device and set it up again. Navigate through the home screen for that and tap the ‘Settings’ icon. Then, hit ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ option from the default settings list and find out the account you want to delete. After that, tap on that account and press the red ‘Delete Account’ button located at the bottom part of the screen.

    Dear friend,

    Whenever you have any problem regarding the i pad applications or with the system file then you have to always perform the reset.

    :: So go to the Home screen by tapping the Home button.

    :: After that open the "settings" option from it.

    :: Now here select the "General" option.

    :: Once it opens ,you select the "Reset".

    :: Here you tap "
    Reset all Settings" on your device.

    :: This will fix your problem.

    Well you need to do hard reset for your device,all you need to do the following
    1.Press sleep/wake & home buttons simultaneously
    2.After 10-15 seconds red slider comes
    3.continue the pressing activity until you see apple logo
    now your device got resetted,your problem is solved,if still facing problem then you need to do another method
    1.GO to home page
    2.Select settings
    3.PRess mail,contacts,calender
    4.select the account you want to delete
    5.Click delete account option
    thats all you have done it
