Unable to open PDF files on iPad 3

While I was checking mail on my iPad 3, I got some PDF file attachments. I have downloaded them and tried to open them on my iPad. But only some of them get opened while others seem to be stuck on iPad. Is it because of size variations?

The pdf files are supported by the software of adobe reader and all the files which are in pdf format are supported by the ipad3 if you want such feature on your ipad you should download the pdf file reader software from the internet so that you can have no problem with the pdf files.

Please check if the Adobe reader is installed on the ipad or not.

Try opening it with the flash reader.

If the problem still persist visit the retail store for the help

Re: Unable to open PDF files on iPad 3

Support for viewing the PDFs in emails and web pages is built in to the iPad.
You need not have brought an app for that.
There are PDF apps that provide more features than the built in functionality, but for basic viewing of multipages PDFs no app is required.

yeah ipad3 resolution is higher than 1080p (ie.,, 2048x1536) even in 1080p monitor pdf sucks to load quick.
so they have to customize the pdf reader especially for ipad 3.

Re: Unable to open PDF files on iPad 3

ipad supports pdf files but as per your problem the pre-installed adobe reader is not working properly.
if possible once just download a new version of adobe reader and install it.
In this you can open all kinds of pdf files.....

Re: Unable to open PDF files on iPad 3

iPad3 supports the P.D.F format files

As some of your files are opening and some are not opening this can be a problem with your Pre installed Adobe Reader app

For this just Unistall the App and get a new version of the App

After fetching the new version of the App download and install it

Make sure that there is No problem with the installation

then check whether the remaining files are opening or not

Hope it is useful to u

Re: Unable to open PDF files on iPad 3

Well , the Ipad-3 does support PDF format files.
It comes with a pre-installed PDF reader.

Now as you are saying that PDF file is not opening , then there could be possibly two reasons behind this.

First either the PDF file itself is corrupted.
Try to open some other PDF file.
If it also does not opens then the problem lies in your PDF reader.

Your PDF reader might have crashed down.
One solution to fix this prroblem is that to re-install the PDF reader.

You can also use various other PDF readers available on the internet.

You can download any of the following PDF readers to open PDF files.

    1.AnyBizSoft PDF Reader

    2.DocStorm

    3.Foxit PDF reader

    4.Adobe Reader

    5.Stanza

    Good luck
