Unable to find wireless keyboard in Bluetooth list on iPad 1

On account of pairing Apple wireless keyboard with my iPad 1, I have disabled ‘discoverable’ on iMac and removed the keyboard from the list after disconnecting it. But when I turned on Bluetooth on my iPad right after connecting the keyboard again, I found it does not appear among the list of Bluetooth devices. What could be the reason for that?

If you want to pair a keyboard to your Apple ipad then do follow the steps below :
Go to the Settings menu and then go to the General settings.
So After tapping on the general settings you can have the key board options there.
Select the Keyboard options so that you can add the wireless keyboards to your device.
The bluetooth connection of both the devices must be turned ON.
In this option you can search for the Keyboards also so that it can detect your keyboard.
