Even though I can add and save links to Safari bookmarks on my iPad 2, it is not possible to find any links inside the bookmarks folder. Do I need to re-install Safari to resolve this issue?

hi,
it may be the case that you have added the link to the bookmark bar
Bookmark bar is always at the top
If you dont see the link embedded in the bookmarks at the top next to the icon, then the show bookmarks bar may not have been turned on
So first turned it on
Click on vie - Show bookmark bar

Hello Friend,
Try searching for bookmarks in the Bookmarks bar but If you don't find the bookmarked material there also then my suggestion to you is to go for a reinstallation of Safari browser.
Hope It Helps!
Hi there,
yes,, there is some thing wrong with the SAFARI BROWSER,
So i think you should uninstall the app first,
boot the device
and then, install it again.
Also, you may update your SAFARI BROWSER to the latest version available in the APP STORE if you dont want to update your iOS.
After doing this , save some bookmarks and then close the app.
After that re-launch it and check if the bookmarks are saved or not.
Regards!!
