Unable to connect to local Wi-Fi since upgrading iPad 3 to iOS 6

After upgrading my iPad 3 to iOS 6, I am not able to connect it with the Wi-Fi connection from home router. It is even possible to connect my device with external Wi-Fi. Why is it so and how can I correct this issue?

Re: Unable to connect to local Wi-Fi since upgrading iPad 3 to iOS 6

Yes after upgrading the data to IOS 6 your applications and the applications get lost with the previous versions. So here is how you need to access your local Wi-fi after upgrading to the IOS 6 :
1.The data which you are having with your wi-fi settings must be updated.
2.So open the wi-fi connection settings in the ipad and you can connect to your wi-fi connection very fast after updating to the ios6 because it includes the additional apps and features.
3.Enter the local wi-fi username and password and then save those options.then it can be made default so as to keep your data alive for the next connection.
4.So this is the best process for you to connect your data with the local wi-fi connection.
