Unable to clear cache on iPad 4 upgraded to iOS 6.1

Since two weeks, I am not able to delete Safari cache from my iPad 4 running on iOS 6.1. The cached items appears on Safari page even after tapping ‘Clear History’ and ‘Clear Cookies and Data’ options in iPad settings. How can I resolve this issue?

Go to iPad home screen and tap the ‘Settings’ icon. This will show up the list of all settings options available in your iPad. Navigate through that list and hit the ‘Safari’ option. This will bring up the settings on the screen. Now move through those settings and hit the ‘Advanced’ option. You can then find ‘Website Data’ option. Make a single tap over that option to view the list of all recently visited sites. Swipe the corresponding site for deleting it with the ‘minus’ icon. If you want to clear all data, then simply press the ‘Remove All Website Data’ button.

--> Now Move to tap on the "SAFARI " which is under the General option

--> You can click on the safari Applications you will find a " Clear cache and Cookies "

--> It is under the Privacy settings

--> If you want clear out the Browsing History you can Make sure to click on "Clear "

    That is all

Now you will Enjoy with the Safari Browser
