Is it true that Apple is going to launch iPad Mini later this Year?

I heard that Apple is planning to launch a mini iPad as a competitor to Amazon's Kindle and Google's Nexus. Is it true? What are the features which we can expect in this mini iPad from Apple?

Yes, dear APPLE is going to launch its new iPAD MINI which is somewhat smaller in size than the previous generations of ipads.

However, the specifications of iPAD MINI has not been announced till now but it is expected to be better than AMAZON's KINDLE and GOOGLE's NEXUS.

The whole story can be revealed only after when ipad mini shines in the market.

And this is going to be happened by the last of NOVEMBER.
