You should first restart your iPad and check whether the issue get disappeared or not. For that, you should first hold the sleep button on your iPad until you can perceive a red slider on the screen. Then, you should slide the slider to power off your iPad. You can power up your iPad by simply holding the sleep button again till the Logo get appeared on your screen. If restarting can’t resolve your problem, then you should reset your iPad and see whether the problem get resolved or not. To reset your iPad, you should first hold the sleep and home buttons together until you can view the silver Apple Logo on the screen. If you can find the red slider while holding those buttons, then you should ignore that slider and continue to hold until you can view that Apple Logo.

Don't worry,after purchasing & installing the applications on your ipad you can't use them immediately.When ever your are opening it showing error.
SO,please restart your ipad after installing every applications.

then ignore slider and see apple logo.
just leave both button.
I think purchased apps are not installed perfectly in your device.
If it happens like this you need to purchase again.
or
After purchase and installation you must do reboot the device otherwise installed apps not work on device.
