    Hi Friend,

To view PowerPoint to iPad 3, you need to convert PowerPoint to iPad supported format at first. Here we highly recommend Wondershare PPT2DVD Pro for your choice. This program is an professional tool for converting PowerPoint to iPad 3. Now you can follow the below steps to play PowerPoint on iPad 3 at ease.
Step 1: Launch this program and go to "Create Video Files", then you can click "Add" to import PowerPoint from your local disk. This program enables you to add up to 12 presentations at one conversion.

Step 2: Click "Next" to set the "Video Settings", "Playback Options" for your files as you like. In the drop-down list from Format, press "Apple" and then choose the "iPad" or "iPad HD" as your output format. Finally, set an output folder to preserve the converted files.

Step 3: When you have done the whole settings, you can simply click "Start" icon to start the conversion immediately.
Done! Now you can enjoy your PowerPoint presentations on your iPad 3 anytime anywhere

    All the best...

You can transfer the power point files from your windows 7 compute to the ipad using cable connection and also you can view them on your ipad only if the supported software is installed in your ipad so that all the power point files are viewed in the ipad device and they are easy and free to use on your device.

It is quite simple to transfer the power point files to your iPad and you can do them on itself.
You can directly transfer the power point files to your iPad by having a connection of your iPad to your computer through USB cable.
And while doing so you should have the app by name 'Transfer Application".
Get the app from the itunes and install it with out any errors, then you can transfer your files to your iPad.
Otherwise you can use the an app which supports all sorts of Microsoft documents such as doc, x lsfile etc.,...
By having this app you can have the power point presentation directly on your iPad.

There are many ways to achieve this.
There are utilities - like the excellent iFiles - which allow you to connect via wi-fi and just drag and drop your files into the App's File Structure.
There are cloud services like MobileMe or the powerful free service, Dropbox. Then you can just put your files into the cloud from your pc and see them on your iPad. Most Office type apps support Dropbox and MobileMe.
    There are many solutions here.
