Transferring Music From Samsung Galaxy S3 to iPad

I've searched this site and have read what everyone says about how simple it is. Well, I've come up against a brick wall! When I try to make the BlueTooth pairing, I get the following error message on my cell phone: "Bluetooth Pairing Request: Confirm passkey is ------ to pair with Gay's iPad." (My name is Gay). Choice of "CANCEL" or "OK".

Every time I try to pair, I get this error message that has a 6-figure blank for 6 digits, all numbers, and this number changes to something different each time I try to pair the two devices. I was going to try to enter my wireless network key, but you don't even get an opportunity to enter a different number, since your choices are only CANCEL or OK. And anyways, my network key is 10 digits long.

Right now, in the Bluetooth drop down menu on my Samsung phone, it is successfully paired with three other devices but my new iPad is listed in a different category named "Available Devices."

    HELP!!!!!
