If you have any problem related to any of the app then it is better to clear the app from the RAM. For this you have to clear the app then double click on the home button. Now you will get multi task bar. Click and hold any icon until they jingle. Click the minus sign on the app which has problem. This can make the app removed from the RAM.

Sometimes some apps stop functioning in ipad.

To run them properly once you need to close the app in RAM of your ipad.

Click two times on home button.

Now from the list of apps on screen tap and hold on any icon till all icons start jinggling.

After that locate the imessanger app and you have to tap on red minus sign locates with that app icon.

Now the app is closed in RAM.

Reopen the app now it will function well.
