    Search engine changed after upgrading iPad2 to iOS 6

    As a part of enhancing the features of my iPad 2, I have upgraded it to IOS 6. After that, the default search engine on Safari got changed from Google to Bing. Due to that, I lost all the bookmarks saved on Safari. Can I restore both into my iPad?

    Unlock your iPad and get into the home screen. Search for ‘Settings’ from the icons visible over there. By the time you find that icon, tap over it once. The default settings on your iPad will then appear on the screen. Scroll through those settings and hit the ‘Safari’ option. The next step required is to tap the ‘Search Engine’ option on the screen. You can then find the list of three search providers available on Safari. Tap over ‘Google’ option from that list.

    The steps to overcome this problem are:

    --> Navigate to " Home Screen "

    --> Then tap " Settings " icon

    --> Then select " Safari " option

    --> Then tap on " Search Engine " option

    --> Then select " Google "option from the list.

    Thus you can get rid of this problem.

    Hope it helps you.
