Safari says ‘redirecting’ all the time on accessing websites through iPad 2

When I open Safari and browse websites with my iPad 2, the screen shows anything other than the message saying ‘redirecting’. It does not allow me to launch any type of websites. How do I fix up this issue?

The first step required is to force close the ‘Safari’ app on your iPad. For that, first double-click on the ‘Home’ button located at the bottom middle part. Swipe to the left of the task bar appears on the screen afterwards and find out the ‘Safari’ icon. Touch and hold that icon till it starts to shake. Tap over the red circle with minus sign visible on the left corner of the icon to delete it. Once you quit the app, navigate into Settings->Safari and tap the ‘Clear Cookies and Data’ option. Finally, hit the ‘Safari’ icon on the home screen and check whether it is possible to view the web page you want.
