Safari crashes on downloading Google Maps into iPad 2

Every time, I try to download Google Maps into iPad 2, Safari crashes immediately. Can we fix up this issue with Safari?

I think GOOGLE MAPS you want to download is not supported by the version of iOS you have installed In your device.

So, I order to download GOOGLE MAPS in your device you just need to update the firmware of your device.

first upgrade safari to the latest version and reboot.
now try to download the google maps and install them.
if the issue still persists, then the problem might also be with the version of maps that could be incompatible with iPad 2. so keep in mind that also and download an older version for the same.
you'll certainly get a solution.
