Dear friend, you should firstly uninstall the browser which your are using currently and then install it again and now try to update the version of it now it will show the new version of it ,and now you just need to install that new version.

    Hello friend,

first a fall uninstall the your safari browser and then install it again.
After installation select setting of the browser and click on automatic update.
And then restart your ipad and browser.
After it, it will automatically update he doesn't ask you again.
If you still getting problem then try some other browser. There are to many types of browsers available.
