Restoring the color settings on iPad

My dad had bought me an iPad for my birthday. I had been working around with its settings when suddenly the display went all black and white. I’m worried if I have done some permanent damage to my iPad. What is the process to restore the iPad?

From the description, it does not seem to be a complicated fault. You cannot cause such harmful faults to a new device just by changing a few of its settings. You must have changed some display settings. You could see if you had the inversion of colors turned on. This would cause such an error. Select the settings page. From this access the General option. Select the icon for invert colors from the accessibility option in General. Turn this function off. This would restore your display to the previous state.
