Pull down Notification windows remains at the top part of iPad 3 screen

Whenever I try to unlock my iPad 3, I can view the Pull down Notification window always stays at the top part of the screen. It is quite annoying while doing any operations on my iPad. What steps should I take to remove this window from there?

You can get rid of this window from the top part by performing a hard reset on your iPad. As a first step, locate both Sleep/Wake and Home buttons. Then, press and hold these buttons together for at least 10 seconds. You can catch the sight of a red slider on the screen in between this time period. Remain in the same position after ignoring that slider. When the Apple Logo tends to appear on the screen, you can let go of the buttons. By the time your iPad boot past the logo to the home screen, you can check whether the notification window has disappeared or not.
