    Options to sync apps in the app screen are greyed out in the App screen of iPad.

    My Apple iPad is unable to sync apps via iTunes. Everything under the app section is seemed to be greyed out. Now I am not able to access those apps on my iPad. How can I possibly fix this issue?

    You can easily fix this problem by disabling the Restriction setting which you might have set to prevent your kids from purchasing. Selects the Settings option from the app screen of your iPad. In the settings page, just select the General option. Scroll down the general option to find the Restrictions setting. Then input the password for the restriction which you have set for the device. In the restriction settings page, find the ‘Installing Apps’ option and set it to ON by toggling the switch. Thus, you can access all the apps in the iTunes through your iPad.

    Steps to follow:-

    -> First close all running application on your i Pad device.

    -> Then go to the Home screen by tapping the Home button.

    -> After that, open the "settings" panel.

    -> Then select the "General" option in it.

    -> Now press the "Restrictions" option.

    -> Then locate the "Installing Apps".

    -> Now tap to "Allow" the content.

    // By doing this your issue is solved //

    To solve the problem see the below---


    -->start the button of the menu key.

    -->select the setting option.

    -->go to the general option.

    -->click the restriction option.

    -->enter the password for the restriction .

    -->click the installing apps option.

    -->press the on button .

    -->now solve the matter.

    Follow the following steps as shown below :-

    i)Go to "Apps" icon on your device.
    ii)Select & tap on "Settings"option.
    iii)Choose "General" option from it.
    iv)Now Scroll down the general option to locate the "Restrictions setting" option.
    v)Now enter the password for the restriction which you have set for the device.
    vi)In that tap on "Installing Apps" option & set it to "ON" by toggling the switch.
    vii)Hence you can access all the apps in the iTunes through your iPad.
