No Location Services on iPad 2 upgraded to IOS 6

It is not possible to find Location Services on my iPad 2 after upgrading it to IOS 6. I need to enable it for using certain apps in my iPad. Where can I find this option?

Tap the ‘Settings’ icon on the home page first and hit the ‘Privacy’ option in the settings list. You can find the ‘Location Services’ item under this option. Tap on it and slide the switch next to ‘Location Services’ label into ‘ON’ mode to enable the location services. If you can’t still find the ‘Location Services’ option, then reset your iPad by making use of both Sleep/Wake and Home buttons. You need to press and hold these buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds. Stay in that position even if you can view red slider on the screen during this time. Let go of the buttons only when the Apple Logo appears on the screen.
