    Hello friends,
I think your problem is not related to any fault in your device.I think that the problem is there in the settings of the sound. As you told that you have enabled all the alert options, even then you are not able to get alert on any notification. This simply shows that you have not select the sound of the alert.I mean to say is that you have enabled the alert option but you have not provide a volume to alert. You have to check your alert volume. There you have selected mute sound, change it to some volume according to your requirement. After selecting the volume you are successfully able to get the alert on receiving any notification.
You can also use the flash service on missed call alert.
I am providing a video for activating the flash service for alert. Please see this video if you want to set above option.
I am sure that you will be satisfied after seeing this video.

    Hello Friends,
I think that there is no problem in your iPad hardware.I think that there is something wrong in your understanding settings.
It may happens that your device go in to the sleep mode.
See the given video for the sleeping action.

I think that if the issue is of sleep then it is solved by the above video.

If this is not the issue,Then you have to check the volume that you will find in sound setting in General. It may happen that you have selected your sound at zero level.
    Thank you
