    :: I think you need to disable the "Note" on your mail settings.

    :: So first go to the Home screen by tapping the Home button.

    :: After that open the "settings" option from it.

    :: Now here select the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" option from the entire list.

    :: After that go to the Gmail and open in the mail account.

    :: Once it opens, you turn OFF the notes settings.

    :: And done.

    :: And restart the device and check your problem is solved or not.

    Re: Notes app syncs from iPad 2 even though it is set to ‘not to sync’

    The first step required is open up the ‘Settings’ app on your iPad. Get into home screen by using ‘Home’ button and hit the ‘Settings’ icon for that. You can view different types of settings options inside the app. Navigate through the left pane of the app screen and tap the ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ option. Then, choose ‘Gmail’ from the list of email accounts available on the screen. Locate the ‘Notes’ item afterwards and slide the switch next to it into ‘OFF’ mode. Finally, make a single tap on the ‘Done’ button.

    Notes app syncs from iPad 2 even though it is set to ‘not to sync’

    I have already set up the Notes app on my iPad 2 to not to sync from the device. But, when I check the gmail account on my iPad, I see that it sends the notes through e-mail. I want the notes to stay on my iPad privately. What steps should I take to prevent syncing notes from gmail account on iPad?
