You can't open the downloaded apps in your ipad2.

They can be first installed in your ipad.

So go to download setup file.

Then you have to tap on option button.

Now choose the install option.

Now you need to agree the installation.

After the installation process is completed you can open the installed apps from application list.

There is no issue with any of the preloaded apps on my iPad2 tablet. But I am not able to open downloaded apps on my handset all of a sudden. What am I supposed to do to fix this issue?
