    New iPad not displaying video subtitles after latest iOS upgrade

    I frequently play videos on my new iPad using the advanced player and was using it without any issues. But after the latest iOS upgrade, I could see that the sub titles are not being displayed. Why is it so? What can be done to solve this?

    You can stop playing the video and enter the main screen by hitting on the ‘Home’ button. By browsing through the menu bar options, you can get into the settings screen. The ‘iPod’ option on the left hand side of the screen can be selected next. On the resulting screen, you can see the iPod settings option. From the screen, you can opt for the ‘Video’ option to continue. The ‘Closed Captioning’ item on the screen can then be selected. The On/OFF switch on the screen can be toggled to make it to ‘ON’ mode. Finally you can return to the earlier video to see that sub titles will be shown.

    Troubleshoot:

    :: Reset the all settings.

    :: Open the "settings" option from it.

    :: Now here select the "General" option.

    :: Once it opens, you select the "Reset".

    :: Here you tap "Reset all settings" on your device.

    This will fix the player problem.
