Need for disabling Safari to use an alternate browser with iPad 2

I am not satisfied with the performance of Safari app on my iPad 2. I would like to install an alternate browser into the device as soon as possible. But, I need disable the Safari before that to avoid the chance of using it again without any prompt. How can I do this?

Hit the ‘Settings’ icon from iPad home screen and make a single tap on ‘General’ option among settings list. Then, you need to select ‘Restrictions’ from general settings options. After that, tap the ‘Enable Restrictions’ option and wait until a screen appears to type in a four digit pass code. Once you finish entering the pass code, you will be prompted to enter the code again for confirming it. Type the code correctly and get back to the ‘Restrictions’ page. Then, locate ‘Safari’ item available under ‘Allow’ label. Slide the switch next to that item into ‘OFF’ mode. You can then tap the ‘App Store’ icon and install a safe browser into your iPad.
