Mail settings grayed out on iPad3 upgraded to iOS 6

Since upgrading my iPad 3 to IOS 6, I can’t access the mail settings available on it. Whenever I try for that, I found that the settings are grayed out on the screen. How can I access the settings?

Confirm that you haven’t enabled ‘Restrictions’ for mail settings on your iPad. Press the ‘Home’ button and navigate through the home page appears on the screen afterwards. Tap the ‘Settings’ icon visible over there. Go through the main settings list and hit the ‘General’ option. Find out ‘Restrictions’ from the general settings and make a single tap over it. Choose ‘Account’ option visible under ‘Allow Changes’ label. Make certain that you can view a tick mark next ‘Allow Changes’ label on the next screen.
