    iTunes not recognizing iPad Mini

Ever since I got iTunes downloaded on my Windows 7 PC, it has stopped detecting my iPad Mini. Whenever I try to connect it, an error message gets printed saying the mobile device cannot load the iTunes and to reinstall it. Why is this happening?

Re: iTunes not recognizing iPad Mini

This issue has come up as you do not have the mobile device driver downloaded. Because of this, it would not be able to detect your device as it is the device driver that acts between the iTunes and the device, and provides for the recognition. Once the driver is not present, the compatibility cannot be achieved and hence the syncing would not take place. You could have the application downloaded on your desktop, and open or work on it as the administrator of the PC. But it would not be synced with the device without the driver. You could download the driver software and get it reinstalled which would make it work just fine.

    > update your itunes to its latest version
    > scan the device & computer to remove corrupted files and viruses
