iPad3 Safari browser responding slowly after recent iOS upgrade

I have done with the latest iOS upgrade on my iPad3 tablet and after that I could see that that the browser running on the device is responding too slowly than ever before. What is the suggested solution for this problem?

This is quite a common issue and can try to solve it at ease. The inactive apps on the iPad device can be first closed to see that the issue is fixed. The task bar can be entered by hitting on the menu button. Any of the app can be kept holding to initiate jiggling. The close icon when displayed has to be tapped to close the apps. Now you can check with the browser to see that the issue is solved. If not, you can go for a restart of your handset. If the issue persists, the browser can be reinstalled.
