    iPad is not going online and not able to receive mails on email application?

    What should I do if am not able to receive any emails and also not able to go online through my iPad? My iPad is showing an iPad address of 169.254.23.255, does that mean the iPad is having internet connectivity?

    The first step that you need to do if you are not able to go online with iPad is to check if any other program running on internet is working or not. There could be situations where your mail would not be working but you will be able to browse the internet. This one step would help in isolating the error. Now once, it is confirmed that you do not have internet on your iPad, you need to restart the wireless router at your place. Along with this, you can also restart the iPad and see if it is getting connected. If the IP address on the iPad is of the series 169.254.x.x then the device will not get connected. The iPad should be reconnected to the router.

    iPad is not going online and not able to receive mails on e-mail application : If iPad users(you) are not able to go online and not able to receive mail on e-mail application then you have to check the MX settings in your iPad and contact to the E-mail control centre .

    After that you have to fix these issue by following steps are :

    1) First you have to log into account manager and check weather program running on Internet working or not .

    2) Then you have to check working or not and restart wireless router .

    3) Go to the my product option and and click to the E-mail.

    4) Then manage a E-mail page and tab the manage account .

    5) Next you have to go through E-mail control center display.

    6) Then tab to the Domain tab and choose the e-mail account and verify with MX record account .

    7) After that you have to click the Server addresses and check the IP address and reconnect from Internet connection manager.

    8) Now you have receive mail on Email application.

    Check the internet connection by using other web address.
    If the connection is OK then restart the wireless router.
    Restart the iPad also.
    Check if the issue is solved or not.
    Check the IP address also.
    Now reconnect the iPad to the router.

    The problem is you not connected to the internet..

    So,first connect to internet then your problems will be resolved.The other reasons are you don't have sufficient internet plan to access internet.

    Check the internet signal is there or not,
    Check internet package is over or not,
    may be wifi signal is turned off,

    The first and fore most thing is that you should have the have proper network connection.
    Then check whether your iPad is having the settings that it allows the your mails to it.
    Then Make sure that you are having the proper data plan with your network.
    Now check the internet connection,
    If the app you using is of the old version then fetch for the new one and get it, install without any issues.
    Now you can check your mails on your iPad it self.
