## go to main menu
##click on settings
##click on general settings
##click on reset option
##click on reset all settings
##it will reset all settings as newly

to solve the showing keyboard touching problem follow the steps---
1st==open the home page from the device.
2nd==click the menu option.
3rd==select the setting option.
4th==tap the general option.
5th==now reset option open.
6th==tap on it & reset all settings.
7th==it is done now.
SHORTCUT==MENU--SETTING--GENERAL--RESET--OK
