Reset your iPad by making use of Sleep/Wake and Home buttons. You can view the Sleep/Wake button at the top part of your iPad and Home button at the bottom middle part. Hold them together with your fingers for about 10-15 seconds. During that time, you can view red slider on your screen. Ignore that slider and remain in the same position. Release the buttons until you can see the Apple Logo appears on the screen. After that, check whether your iPad displays its home page and allows you to use the apps in it.
