You can resolve this issue by restoring your iPad in recovery mode. First of all, turn off your iPad by moving the red slider appears on the screen after holding down the Sleep/Wake button. Plug in the USB cable to your PC afterwards leaving the other end alone. Hold the down the Home button on your iPad and connect it to the free end of the USB cable. Do not lift up your fingers from the ‘Home’ button until you can view the ‘Connect to iTunes’ screen. After that, launch the iTunes and check whether it is possible to view “iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode” message. Once you are in recovery mode, click on the ‘Summary’ tab on the top part of the iTunes screen. Click the ‘Restore’ button on the bottom part of the screen and select ‘Backup’ option in the prompt message, if needed. Select the ‘Restore’ option again and wait until the restore process get finished. Unplug your iPad from PC after that and try to turn on it.

:: First you need to connect your iPad with PC.

:: Then open the iTunes and wait for detecting the ipad in iTunes.

:: After detecting the device tap on "Summary” in iTunes, and select the "Restore" option from the i OS version.

:: Now select the "Backup" option and restore the device.

:: And check it is fixing or not.
