Press the ‘Home’ button located at the middle part of your iPad for getting into the home screen. Browse through the icons visible over there and tap over the ‘Settings’ icon. Once you can view the list of main settings, hit the option labeled ‘General’. This will redirect you to the general settings in your iPad. Tap the ‘Passcode Lock’ option available in the settings. After that, locate the ‘Picture Frame’ from the items listed on the screen. Toggle the switch located at the right side of this item into ‘OFF’ mode.
:: It is problem is due to the Picture Frame settings.
:: So first close all running application on your device.
:: Then go to the Home screen by tapping the Home button.

:: After that open the "settings" panel.
:: Then select the "General" option in it.
:: And select the Pass-code Lock in it and open the Picture Frame, where you have to disable this option.
You can get rid of this problem by the below steps:
1) First go to " Home Screen "
2) Then tap on " Settings "
3) Then select " General " settings
4) Then tap on "Pass Code Lock " option
5) Then locate the " Picture Frame"from the list displayed.
6) Toggle it to " OFF " at the right side.

To get rid of the problem follow these simple steps:

-->Tap on General..
-->Scroll down and tap on Passcode Lock.

-->If you don't currently have your iPad passcode-protected, you will need to turn it on.

-->If you do have your iPad passcode protected..Follow the next step..
N.B: Once you turn on the passcode, you will be prompted to enter a 4-digit numerical password which will be required to unlock your iPad. If you aren't comfortable with just a 4-digit passcode, you can turn off the Simple Passcode feature located on the same screen. This will allow you to enter a standard alphanumeric passcode.

And then tap on the 'Press the code lock option
then locate the Picture Frame from the list display
