iPad 2 get frozen on a message saying ‘Photos cannot be accessed’

Every time, I unlock my iPad 2 running on IOS 6, I keep getting a message window saying “Photos on the iPad cannot be accessed. Review your account information in settings”. There are ‘Ignore’ and ‘Settings’ options along with this message. But, both of these buttons won’t respond on tapping over them. I have rebooted my iPad and it can’t resolve the issue. In what way can I remove this message?

You can solve this issue by resetting your iPad using Sleep/Wake and Home buttons. The Sleep/Wake button can be found on the top right part of the iPad while Home button is located at the bottom middle part. Press both these buttons at the same time with your fingers. Do not change this position and hold them for about 10-15 seconds. Ignore the red slider appears on the screen in between this time period and stay in that position. When you can see the Apple Logo start popping up on the screen, release both the buttons. By the time you enter into the home page, check whether you can find the issue or not.
