iMessage app in iPad 3 fails to send file attachment

I can add files in iMessage app as an attachment but when I put a file as attachment in a Message to send that file attachment to my recipient then it will go to sending mode but after a second it will come back to its normal mode with an error message saying that message could not be sent. What might be the issue? Anyone can help me.

Troubleshoot the i message app settings:-

    1. Close the i message app.

    2. Now locate the application section and clear the cache file of i message app.

    3. After then reboot the i Pad 3.

    4. Now open the i message app and check able to send file or not.

    5. Else check the i message app is not block in the restriction settings.

    6. Other wise try to soft reset, this will fix the app issue.
