For the past few weeks, the ‘Store’ button in iBooks app remains in grey color on my iPad 3 updated to IOS 6. Due to that, I am not able to access Bookstore through my iPad. I tried to delete iBooks library through iTunes and re-install it. Still, I can find grayed out button on my iPad. Can we re-activate this?

Reset all the settings available on your iPad and open the iBooks again. For that, you need to first get into the home page and tap the ‘Settings’ icon. Once you get into the settings list, hit the ‘General’ option on the left pane. This will redirect you into the general settings on your iPad. Navigate through those settings and search for the ‘Reset’ button. By the time you find that button, make a single tap over it. On doing so, you can find the ‘Reset All Settings’ button. Tap over that button for resetting all iPad settings.
iBooks ‘Store’ button grayed out on iPad 3, follow these steps:-
- Go to home page.
- Press menu key.
- Select the settings icon.
- Press general option.
- Select the general settings option.
- Tap on reset option.
- Click on the reset all settings option.
- You are done.
