How to save pictures received through mail app into iPad Mini?

While I was checking e-mails on my iPad Mini yesterday, I found a picture attachment. I would like to set that picture as my wallpaper. I need to save it into the camera roll for that. What are the steps needed for saving that picture?

First of all, double tap the picture for getting a larger view. Then, tap and hold it for few seconds. This will bring up a menu on the screen. You can find several options inside that menu. Navigate through that menu and locate ‘Save To Camera Roll’ option. By the time you find that option, make a single tap over it. On doing so, the picture will be saved into the camera roll. Launch the ‘Photos’ app afterwards and check whether the saved picture is available in camera roll.
