How to go to a specific page in iBooks through iPad?

I am using my iPad mainly to read books and magazine. I rely on the iBooks application for this purpose. As most of the days I keep pending I would to implement a go to specific page option on my iPad. Can anyone suggest me how to do it?

Going to a specific page number while using an iBook can be helpful, incase you leave some reading on pending. Open the iBook on your iPad. Then tapon the centre of the current page. Then the navigator control on the bottom ofthe page will drag through the pages. Continue this until you encounter thedesired page umber. When you find the desired page number just let it go. Thenthe app automatically jump to the desired page.

It becomes odd to read any e-book in ipad when there is no function of going to any particular page in entire document.

This problem is more dissgussing when you are reading any document with so many pages and want to go to middle or bottom pages.

So in ipad you need to tap and hold on middle of your ipad screen.

A navigator control will start running in upcoming pages of the document.

When you see that the navigator has reached to your destination page then release the tap.

You will find that page on screen now.
