Open the iTunes. Then choose the iPad option from the ‘Devices’ list. Now you will have to click open the tab that denotes ‘Summary’. Now tap on the option that denotes ‘Options’ tab. Then you will have to tap on the option that is represented as ‘Configure Universal Access’. From the range of options provided, it is desirable that you enable the options such as closed-captioned movies as well as VoiceOver screen reading. You can enable this feature through two ways:
1.Through itunes.
2.Through device.

1.Connect ipad to your computer.
