How to change user agent in Safari without jailbreaking iPad?

By default, Safari for iOS displays mobile version of webpages. I have read that in order to view full version of webpages I need to change user agent string on my iPad. How can I possibly implement this on my device without jailbreaking it?

First of all, connect and sync your iPad with iTunes on your computer. Then Download and install iBackupBot on your computer. Then Disable automatic syncing in iTunes by navigating to Edit>Preferences>Devices. On the device preferences window, put a check mark against “Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically” option. Close iTunes on your computer and then launch iBackupBot. Connect iPad to the computer via USB. Then iBackupBot detects the device. From the left side select the latest backups. Open the Library/Preferences/com.apple.mobilesafari.plist file from the list. Then a dialogue box will appear, just click on the cancel button on it. Scroll down to the bottom of the file and insert this line right above the line that says </dict>:
    <key>UserAgent</key>
    <string>Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/535.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/17.0.963.56 Safari/535.11</string>
After inserting check the box next to Library/Preferences/com.apple.mobilesafari.plist, then click on the Restore button.
