How to add server and port address into iPad 2 manually?

As a part of configuring HTTP proxy settings on my iPad 2, I need to enter server and port address into it. Even after searching a lot, I can’t find such an option on my iPad. In what way can I add them?

The first step required is to press the ‘Home’ button and wait until the home page pop up on the screen. Search for ‘Settings’ icon afterwards and make a single tap on it. Once the settings list become visible on the screen, tap ‘Wi-Fi’ option from it. This will display the list of Wi-Fi networks connected to your iPad. Hit the blue arrow visible next to the network you want and locate the ‘HTTP Proxy Settings’ label. You can view ‘Manual’ option under that label. Tap on that option and enter server and port address after hitting their fields.
